RETURN/CLAIM POLICY
1) 20% restock charges are applicable to any items to be returned for refund credit or exchange. NO EXCEPTION!!!
2) No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. A copy of the original invoice/receipt to prove the date of purchase, the serial number printed on the product, and a statement to describe the damage/defect are required before granting a return number. Please also include personal information such as Name, address, and phone number in the statement, in case we have to contact you for further information.
3) All defects/returned items are considered to be sold and no payment are allowed to be deducted from the invoice total. Failure to comply with this policy, subjected to reconsideration of the credit status with BRITEK, Inc.
4) All defective/returned items are customer's property and will be sent back after they are repaired/replaced under originally received packing conditions, regardless of the suability of the box. Any parts or accessories that were not include in the return box will not be automatically grated to the repaired/replaced item.
5) Any shipping damage or short shipment claims must be made within 10 days after receiving the products and are subjected to verification from UPS or other shippers. The claim will be accepted only if the original packing list and a written damage/Shortage statement are presented.
6) No freight charges are due to the customer for the defective items that are shipped back to the returnee by UPS Ground service if the destination is in the continental U.S.A. (48 states). For other transportation service freight charges are prepared at customer's expenses.
7) All items are backed by one year manufacture warranty. Except for the light bulb and flash tubes, they are NOT covered in the warranty. Please see the warranty statement in the operational manual for details.
